The State Legislative Leaders Foundation (SLLF) participated in the COP 28 conference, convened in Dubai from December 6 to December 9. During the conference, Stephen Lakis, the President of SLLF, along with Tennessee Senate Minority Leader Raumesh Akbari, and former California Senate Majority Leader and Speaker of the Assembly Robert Hertzberg, contributed insights as panelists.
