The State Legislative Leaders Foundation Board of Directors consists of up to 45 state legislative leaders, elected to serve 3-year terms.
The Board is nonpartisan and does not take positions on issues of public policy. Its principal duties and responsibilities are to oversee the fiscal integrity of the organization, and lend advice and counsel to the President.
The officers, elected by majority vote of the Directors, include a Chair and a Vice-Chair. In addition to presiding, the Chair is authorized to appoint special committees.
