2026 Spring Leadership Summit

This program offered state legislators a dynamic exploration of federalism, bringing the Constitution to life through history, law, and real-world policymaking. Participants gained a clearer understanding of where state authority begins and ends, examined landmark Supreme Court cases that continue to shape state–federal relations, and dove into today’s most pressing policy flashpoints. We also discuss the legislative branch’s power at the state level and ways to balance executive overreach. Through interactive workshops, candid discussions with experts, and practical strategy sessions, legislators will left better equipped to defend state interests, collaborate effectively across levels of government, and lead with confidence in an increasingly complex federal system.
