2026 Spring Leadership Summit

This program offers state legislators a dynamic exploration of federalism, bringing the Constitution to life through history, law, and real-world policymaking. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of where state authority begins and ends, examine landmark Supreme Court cases that continue to shape state–federal relations, and dive into today’s most pressing policy flashpoints. We’ll also discuss the legislative branch’s power at the state level and ways to balance executive overreach. Through interactive workshops, candid discussions with experts, and practical strategy sessions, legislators will leave better equipped to defend state interests, collaborate effectively across levels of government, and lead with confidence in an increasingly complex federal system.
