The Hortman Emerging Leaders Program is the perfect meeting place for the next generation of legislative leaders. In Charlottesville, on the campus of UVA’s Darden School of Business, SLLF gathers future leaders of America gather to discuss, debate, and learn the essential elements of leadership in a representative democracy. The UVA faculty is without peer and the Socratic method of teaching brings everybody into the conversation. There are no party labels here and lifetime friendships are forged between men and women who have dedicated their careers to public service.
