Marty Linsky is co-Founder of Cambridge Leadership Associates (CLA), a global leadership development firm. He has been on the faculty at the Harvard Kennedy School for over 25 years, teaching about leadership and politics, except for three years in the early 1990's when he was Chief Secretary to then Massachusetts Governor William Weld.
